PANFRIED RAVIOLI WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE

This is an easy recipe that takes less than 30 minutes to make.

IPan-fried Ravioli with Mushroom Sauce

Serves 4

 Olive oil

18 oz pkg frozen cheese ravioli (or spinach and cheese)

1/2 cup water

8 oz sliced mushrooms

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup half & half or heavy cream

1 ¼ tsp beef flavored bouillon

 Heat 10” skillet with 1 tbs oil medium-high heat; add frozen ravioli and cook on both sides about 5 minutes each; reduce heat to low, add water; cover and cook for 5-10 min until done

 In another skillet heat 2 tbs oil; add mushrooms and cook until tender; add cream, bouillon and heat till slightly thickened; add ravioli and cook until it coats the ravioli; season with salt & pepper if needed.
